Mission
The Finance Department manages the Town’s financial resources to ensure stability, accountability, and transparency. We provide oversight of the Accounting, Assessing, and Treasurer/Collector offices, and guide the Town in budgeting, revenue collection, financial reporting, and auditing. The department also leads long-term financial and capital planning, manages debt and investments, and supports sound economic decision-making for the future.
