Invitation for Bids (IFB) for Streetlight Maintenance

The Town of Bridgewater is soliciting bids from experienced contractors to furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the maintenance, repair, and/or replacement of streetlights owned by the Town for a three-year period from June 1, 2020 through June 30, 2023, with the option of two additional one-year extensions.  Qualified contractors are requested to submit bids to the Procurement Officer, Town Manager’s Office, Town of Bridgewater, Academy Building, 66 Central Square, Bridgewater, MA, in accordance with the instructions contained within this Invitation for Bids.

The IFB is available by emailed request to procurement@bridgewaterma.org.

The Town will accept proposals delivered in person or by mail.  All proposals must be received by 12:00 p.m. on Friday, May 1, 2020 to be considered.  Proposals submitted by fax or by electronic mail will not be considered.   All proposals must be submitted to:

The Town of Bridgewater may cancel this IFB or reject in whole or in part any and all proposals, if they determine that cancellation or rejection serves the best interest of the Town of Bridgewater.
