Public Hearing - Town Council
Pursuant to Section MGL Ch 40A, Sec. 5, notice is hereby given that the Bridgewater Town Council will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, February 17, 2026 at 7:00pm in the Academy Building Council Chambers, 66 Central Square, on proposed Ordinance D-FY26-007: Establishing the Process for Filling a Vacant Town Councilor role. The entire Ordinance can be viewed on the Town’s website at www.bridgewaterma.gov and is on file with the Town Council Clerk. Noticed in the February 3, 2026 Enterprise.
Inspections for Assessors Office
The Assessor’s office would like to inform the residents and/or taxpayers that representatives from the Assessor’s office will be around town performing inspections for residential, commercial, industrial, and personal property throughout February and March. All departments have been made aware of this and have the necessary information regarding the names of the individuals and their vehicle information. We would like to thank the residents for their continued support in this very important matter.
Public Notice: Declaration of Water Supply Emergency
The Town of Bridgewater has officially declared a water supply emergency for the Bridgewater water supply, effective immediately. This necessary action is being taken as the Town of Bridgewater works diligently to improve our critical water infrastructure.
