Online Permit Applications

All permit applications are available online through Permit Eyes. All permit applications must be submitted online.

One-Day Food Permits

Important: One-day food permit applications must be submitted at least one week before the event. No exceptions.

This requirement applies to all events, including July 4th, Autumnfest, Christmas on the Common, Black Hat Brewery events, and events at Bridgewater State University.

Application Requirements

  • A copy of current ServSafe and/or Allergen Awareness certification, when applicable
  • The required application fee of $25, payable to the Town of Bridgewater
  • A valid email address

Perc Tests

Applications for perc tests require a trench permit. The required trench permit must be obtained before the perc test can be conducted and must include a Dig Safe number.
