What is Waterscope?

Waterscope is a service offered as a courtesy and at no additional charge by the Town’s water meter vendor, Metron. Water customers can receive email and text alerts such as wasteful or high water usage, freeze warnings, leak alerts, and more.

To sign up, send an email to waterdepartment@bridgewaterma.org and include your service address, email address, and cell phone number. You will receive a username and password from Waterscope via email.

Please note: The Water Department does not monitor the Waterscope program. The water usage of the property is the responsibility of the home owner / business owner.
