Health Department File Requests

File requests are processed on Tuesdays and Thursdays only. Copies of plans may be requested by contacting the Health Department.

Sharps Disposal

The Health Department accepts sharps from residents of the Town of Bridgewater. Please bring sharps in either a red sharps container or a liquid laundry detergent bottle with a screw-on cap.

Septic Systems & Title 5

The Health Department assesses a $20 fee for all Conditional Pass and Failed Title 5 Inspection Reports. There is no fee for reports that pass inspection.
