Health Department File Requests

Copies of plans can be requested by calling the Board of Health office at 508-697-0903 or by emailing health@bridgewaterma.org.

Sharps Disposal

The Board of Health accepts sharps from residents of the Town of Bridgewater. Please bring sharps to the Board of Health office in either a red sharps container or a liquid laundry detergent bottle with a screw-on cap.

Septic Systems & Title 5

The Health Department assesses a $20 fee for all Conditional Pass and Failed Title Inspection Reports. There is no fee for a Title 5 report that passes inspection.

Any immediate requests for a septic Certificate of Compliance (COC) issued within 24–48 hours will incur a $40 fee.
