Submit this application, and all required supporting materials, no later than 4:00 PM, at least two (2) weeks before the CPC meeting (the CPC meets on the fourth Wednesday of each month).

Complete applications received by the deadline will be reviewed at the next CPC meeting and may be recommended to the Town Council. Applications received after the deadline will be reviewed at the following month’s meeting, unless the CPC Chair grants an exception.

Project timelines may extend up to five (5) years.

Projects are generally favored when:

• The project addresses at least one goal of the current CPC 5-Year Plan. CPC 5-year Plan

• The applicant has site control of the proposed parcel, or the project includes the property owner's involvement or consent.

• Community support is demonstrated (e.g., elected officials, abutters, user groups, civic associations, and/or community organizations).

• The applicant demonstrates the capacity to implement the project and provides a plan for ongoing maintenance and stewardship.

• The project occurs on public property or on private property with public access.
