Residents can receive free email and text alerts regarding high water usage, freeze warnings, possible leaks, and other account activity. Contact the Water Department to enroll.
Sale or Transfer of Property

In case of the sale or transfer of property, it shall be the responsibility of the seller to notify the Water Department of the date and change of ownership, at which time, the meter will be read. In all cases, the known owner will be held liable for the bill. In no case will the Water Department make any adjustment due to change of ownership. |
