The Town Manager of the Town of Bridgewater is soliciting responses from interested parties for the disposition, by lease, of the Clubhouse at the Olde Scotland Links Golf Course for the purpose of food and beverage service. A one hundred twenty (120) month lease is being offered from January 1, 2022 through December 31, 2032.
