The Town of Bridgewater seeks proposals from qualified firms or individuals to provide Resident Engineer Services in relation to the reconstruction of Elm Street, Bridgewater, MA 02324. Resident Engineer services as described in the request for proposals will begin approximately October 1, 2019 and may continue up to 18 months. The Town anticipates that the hours will include normal weekday outdoor construction hours with changing schedules during the course of the project. The clerk is required to be present at the site at all times when the contractor is performing work unless previously agreed to by the Owner. The Resident Engineer will report directly to the Town Engineer, or designee.
