Board of Assessors
REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
The Board of Assessors seeks to solicit proposals from qualified firms for the implementation of a three-year revaluation program of all real and personal property and for valuation maintenance and interim update services for Fiscal 2019, Fiscal 2020, Fiscal 2021 and for a cyclical reinspection of commercial/industrial/mixed use/apartments and exempt property and a cyclical reinspection of residential condominium. The revaluation program will utilize the Town’s existing assessment software system.
Bid packages can be obtained from the Office of the Town Manager, Municipal Office Building, 66 Central Square, Bridgewater, MA 02324 (508-697-0919), or Procurement@BridgewaterMA.org.
One original and three copies of the proposal must be received in the Office of the Town Manager, Municipal Office Building, 66 Central Square, Bridgewater, MA 02324, by 2:00 PM on Monday, April 9, 2018. Proposals must be delivered in a sealed package, plainly marked “RFP-Proposal for Implementation of a Fiscal Year 2019-2021 Revaluation Program – Town of Bridgewater.”
The Town of Bridgewater reserves the right to reject any and all proposals or to waive any formalities and minor defects and irregularities in the proposals if it appears in the Town’s best interest.
