MassDOT Draft FY27– FY31 CIP for Public Review

The Massachusetts Department of Transportation has released its Draft FY2027–2031 Capital Investment Plan for public review and comment. The plan outlines proposed transportation capital investments over the next five years, including projects and programs related to highways, rail and transit, aeronautics, the Registry of Motor Vehicles, planning, and MBTA state-funded investments.

Public Comment Information

Residents are encouraged to review the draft plan and submit comments to MassDOT. Public comments are due by Wednesday, June 10, 2026.

A virtual public meeting for Southeastern Massachusetts is scheduled for Monday, June 8, 2026, at 4:00 PM.
