The Town of Bridgewater provides eligible employees and household members with confidential access to support services through All One Health®.

About Our EAP Provider

This service is provided to all employees by All One Health®. All One Health provides workplace physical and mental health services designed to improve employee well-being, support compliance and safety, and help mitigate risk.

Through the Employee Assistance Program, the Town provides confidential access to professional counseling services for help with personal and/or work-related issues that may affect job performance, health, or mental and emotional well-being.

The EAP is available to employees and immediate family members and offers problem assessment, short-term counseling, and referrals to appropriate community and private services. There is no initial cost for employees to consult with an EAP counselor.

The program is available to employees and household members 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Employees who need assistance are encouraged to call and speak with an EAP counselor.
