Filing a Grievance
Please submit your complaint in writing by filling out the ADA Grievance Form. Grievances should be submitted as soon as possible following the incident.
The Town’s ADA Coordinator will review the complaint, investigate as necessary, and provide a written response. If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you may appeal the decision to the Town Manager or their designee.
