Winter Street Reconstruction Project Update 7/20/26

Winter Street Reconstruction work is now well underway. The Town's contractor, Ramco Construction Company, has completed mobilization and has begun staking the project limits, installing erosion control measures, removing trees, relocating utility lines, installing the new drainage system, and constructing the roadway base.

During construction, access to Winter Street is limited to abutters and local traffic only. Motorists are encouraged to use alternate routes whenever possible to help minimize congestion and improve safety for residents, workers, and construction equipment.

We appreciate your patience and understanding during this project. Every effort is being made to complete the work as efficiently as possible while delivering a safer, smoother, and longer-lasting roadway for the community.
